This is inform you that i m using your Airtel prepaid connection for last 5 years, but for last 1 month i had compliants so many time that my SMS PAck of RS.26 is not working properly and charges deducted from my main Account Balance. My. Airtel No. is 9831456535. i had a talk with so many Costomer Executive on the phone line they provide me the Compliant No. But no major action have been taken yet. i m fedup using such type of services. My compliant no. is CBNRA3051886352. Every time they said that they will provide me the extar deducting charges but i havent received any such amount till now. if i wont get my money back i.e. extra charges deducting on Account of SMS Pack Rs.26. I drop this connection.
So, i request you to consider my request at your earliest and oblige.
