I would strongly want to register a complaint against "ARN Infrastructures India Ltd", who have been fooling around people for last three years. This group has been splited into various other branches. They are now running with the name of Earth, Imperia, Globus, Cosmic and AMR. They all are branches of the same root. They have divided their assets and liabilities. However no one is ready to refund the customer's money back. They initiated a project with the name of "Globus Residency" with an aim to dissolve their project and run away with people's hard earned money. We have been chasing them for our refund for last couple of months, however it seems they are not intending to return. Also, some cases I am aware of where the cheques have been issued in the name of customer, but they bounced back. They have their account in PNB, Bank Street, Karol Bagh. I guess no action has been taken against them so far. I strongly recommend to all who have invested money in their "Globus Residency" project or any other project, please join hands and together approach them or file a case against them collectively to get our hard earned money back with Interest.
