They have given an advertisement in dinakaran newspaper dated 29.11.11 that,

they are offering 3 cents near perumanallur for Rs. 1 lakh and a guarantee that they will be

purchasing the same land back after 3 years @ Rs. 5 lakhs from us. For that, they are also providing

a security cheque for Rs.5 lakhs and a 38 cent agreement document.

I just want to know, is it true? because many of my friends are planning to purchase the land.
