Bad customer service & Bad project execution

I have booked a flat in VGN (office at Poonamalle high road). I was promised by executive (Name: Hariharan) that my project will be completed by 8 months, but now it was close to 16 months, till the site is not hand over to me. I made a several call to VGN people, but there are not considering this issue. They will be concentrating only at the time of collecting the money; afterward they are not good in customer query.

I was paid my entire amount by June 1, based on the confirmation mail provided by them, that my flat is handing over on June 3 rd, but still I am awaiting for my house keys. Especially, their customer care executive (Mr. Ramnath) is not at all a responsible person.

There were 24 families were affected because of this issue. So, my personal opinion is not to book any flats in VGN group.
