The Bengal Shelter has been famous in their apathy to heed customer satisfaction with one pretext or the other; we, those who gullibly let ourselves be ensnared by their high and lofty promises have learnt it the hard way... would warn any prospective customers to be wary of them, never ever be duped by those bunch of cheats...
For me personally, I had booked a flat in the Sisirkunj complex 3.5 yrs back, and their papers clearly told to pay compensasion @ predetermined rate, which was abysmally poor anyway;
However whenever I go there to talk to them to handover the possession they say if I wanna to get handover I have to take it without any facilities attached like road, club & the like... not only that there will be no electricity for the time being (Donno how long), lack of security as the construction is still not complete (None knows if ever it will be); they are not even prepared to shell out the compensasion
So all prospective property buyers BEWARE... remember the case of SISIRKUNJ, same goes with their other projects, more famously (infamously???!!!) BORNOPARICHAY at College St.
