Telephone dead

Sir, My landline telephone Number 2634767 has not been working from 03-11. Just one week before, I submitted complaint in the Kandassankadavu Telephone Exchange. But My complaint is not all rectified yet.

I am a old age woman, a retired Teacher. So Kindly take necessary action to repair the lane/phone at the earliest.
