Nirmiti Developers (owned by Mr. Arunkumar P. Pandit, Mr. Sunil R. Puranik & Mr. Nitin G. Puranik) is an absolute Fraud construction Company. This company builder has fooled up many consumers in Mumbai. Now they are in Pune and expanding their business throughtout Pune. They take payments from consumers in the verge of selling their flats which are already sold out to other consumers also. They have also fooled out many land lords in Pune. It is my warning to all of you NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PURANIK / PANDIT. They have also used political and police pressures on many land owners, flat owners, taken faulty signatures, given bribes to many people involved in this dirty business.
