Shri Amitabh Mishra had launched a project Cosmo -II duplex houses at Raghunathpur, Patia, Bhubaneswar in June. He collected the booking amount of 10% of the cost of the house and promised to hand over the housed by March. But as the project work could not be started in January he again reassured the customers that the work would be completed by March and those not ready to wait can take their money back. These were all false promises. He intentionally planned to delay the matter so that he could collect maximum amount by way of booking and then flee. He has been underground for the last over 1 year absconding from his home at Bhubaneswar. Company's office at Bhubaneswar is closed, telephones disconnected leaving the customers betrayed. He should be definitely brought to books.
