We are the residents of Cosmos executive Floors, C-1 Block Palam Vihar Gurgaon. We had purchased flats from COSMOS Builders around 3-4 years ago. They had also given the possesions of the flats. So far they have not obtained the NOC from the state govt./authority. A public notice has been given by the authrity on 12 May. in the newspaper to builder.
Now builder is on the spree of collecting moneyfrom the residents. What is the legal way to stop this in time (Govt. authority has given 3 weeks time to builder to obtain NOC) failing which the construction may be demolished/seized...)
