Delay in possession of flat

I have booked a flat at Kanungo Graha Nirman garden city. The possession was promised in november. The builder is just shifting date with the pretext that there is a new commissioner who is delaying the matter. but it has been 8 long months. I pay a rent of 11, 000 per month apart from the house loan. I am really tired of following it up every week.

I need compensation as it has costed me dear to live on rent for over 2 yrs..
