I had booked a flat in Devika Gold Homz Pvt. Ltd. at Noida Extension, G.Noida and builder has cancelled my allotment. I have written a complaint letter to Devika Builder and contents of the letter is as mentioned below:

Sir,
With reference to the above, the contents of the aforesaid letter are not based on the facts, and you have concocted/concealed truth to justify your action of cancelling of my allotment.
The fact is that at the time of original allotment in the year 2010 amount of Rs.185, 250/ - (Being 10% of the cost of the flat excluding car parking & IFMS charge, was to be paid at the time of possession of the flat) was duly paid by me at the time of booking. Subsequently by increasing the floor area, flat cost was increased to Rs.92, 825/-which was reluctantly accepted by me.
The truth is that I have been in constant touch with your office and I also visited your office on various occasions and as per discussions with Mr. Gosai I was advised to fill restoration form, which will be placed before the management and accordingly I will be informed/apprised. Though Mr. Gosai had promised to contact me, he did not bother and only on my contacting him I was informed that in addition to Rs.241, 196/-(Refer to you letter no. DGH/1325/15-12 dt. 13/12) further verbal demand for Rs.50000/- (Approx.) was made by Mr. Krishna Yadav. When I requested for the details for the same, but for the reasons best known to Mr. Yadav, the details sought were not provided.
In this regard you may refer to my letter dt. 21/12, wherein i had requested for some information which was promised at the time of booking, but unfortunately till date you have not bothered to respond. It will be pertinent to note at the time of booking you had assured that 80% of the flat cost will be tied up with banks. The fact is that you have totally failed in providing this facility to your customers as the construction of the project is yet to start even though more than one and half year has gone by and no bank is willing to provide finance for your project. You have also not provided copy of approved plan of your project as requested in my earlier communication (Photocopy enclosed).
Cancellation of allotment unilaterally by you is uncalled for. Through this communication I once again request you to restore my allotment and if the same is not done within 7 days of receipt of your letter i shall be constrained to seek legal redressal against you.
