I have booked a Plot No. A-97 in Panchawati Enclave, Airport Road Bhopal on 09.11.2005. In this account I have deposited an amount of Rs.7, 56, 000.00 (Rupees Seven Lacs Fifty Six Thousand only) in favaour of Distinct Infrastructure Ltd., Panchwati, Airport Road Bhopal-462 010, but till date neither the plots were layed-out nor any possession has given by Builders. Some how I have come to know from some reliable sources that the land was disputed land or shall be construct Airport by the Government of India.
It is surprise to note that the builders neither given the intimation of plots were layed out nor intimation about project cancellation. Due to these circumstances I have applied for refund of deposited money to Builders on 01.12.09. After vigorous follow-up with builders, I got three PDC (Post Dated Cheques) in the month of Feb’10 with the effective dates as 20. 07.10 & 20.08.10.
When I presented the 1st cheque on 20.07.10 to bankers an amount of Rs.3, 50, 000/-, it has been bounced.
