Hi, I booked a flat - 2BK in Jul‘ 2008 (by giving advance amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000/-) in chennai addressed Plot No.9 (North facing) at Moovendar Nagar Layout, in Noombal Madura Pilliyar in Iyempandangal near porur. The total building consist of 4 flats – 2 in Ground floor & 2 in first floor. The builder name is M/s. SILVER LINE BUILDERS and the proprietor of the firm is Mr. PURANDAR, aged bout 27 years, residing at No.10/11, Mahalingam II Cross Street, Mahalingapuram, Chennai – 600 034. He promised me to handover the flat by mar’09 (but as per our agreement handingover date is Jul’09. But still the work is not completed (including all the flats) as promissed. The builder is not picking the phone itself and he is avoiding to talk to us. What we can do now? Please advice.
