Flat possession not provided even after 12 months from the date as mentioned in the contract

This is to bring to your kind notice, that I booked flat no B-7 202, in Sahara City Homes Pvt. Ltd. Indore (M.P). The date of possession is being extended every now and then. The flat possession must have been given to me by August as mentioned in the written contract and this has still not been provided to me. My bank has cleared the entire amount of the unit for which I’m paying interest and bearing the rent too, as i have to pay both simultaneously.

Please extend your support to help me to recover my debts from the builder and kindly let me know if any further information need to be furnished from my end.
