to all and people who purchase hdil kurla west (premier residence flat)
i had purchased 2 flat in hdil for which i make booking amount on march with promise that flats will be available in dec which was postponed regularly and now they give new date of march
i am going to consumer court, but before it we had to send complaints/notice to the builders
if we joined more flat owner together and gave notice than goes to consumer court will be better.
according to law builder should complete the project in 2 yrs
so pls get together and find against this builder
