We are staying in a 40 year old building as tenants under the pagdi system.
Last year Hicons developers entered into redevelopment agreement with the tenants, but 6 tenants are not agreeing to the redevelopment scheme
Hicons has not yet got BMC permission for demolition or the plans of the proposed building Onyx, at St MArtins Rd, Bandra west approved
Most of the tenants have vacated the building last year but there are few people staying
Hicons has broken the second floor and weakened the structure, so this year a lot of water is seeping inside the building structure making it weak
Tenants have complained at H west ward, in May11, also to Bandra Police station but no action has been taken agains the builder
