Illegal Parking Charges

Hi,

I stay in Shivani Apartments, plot no.-63, Nr. Balco Market, IP Extn, Patparganj, Delhi on a rented accomodation. I have one car which is being parked outside the society premises due to unavailability of space for parking in the society. Still I am forced to pay Rs. 200 per month as parking charge to park my car on the road outside my society, by my society president. On demanding any authorisation from MCD he threatens to break my car or not to allow my car to be parked there. I have been paying these parking charges since Nov'2009. Request you to help on this illegal parking charges being charged by them.
