Housing Society Problem
Leakage

Hi,

My name is Ankit Doshi and i am residing at C-wing, room no. 9, Sambhav Darshan Purshottam Park, 4th Carter Road. Borivali (east). Mumbai- 400066.I am staying on rent since October. I am staying on 2nd floor and there is toilet leakege coming down from 3rd floors flat (above my flat). Please note that there are small small worms coming down into my flat with that leakage water. I had complaint this issue to my Landlord as well as Secretary, but the answer which i get from society secretary is the person staying above my flat is not able to cooperate. Hence my society secretary says i cant do anything into this matter. Now where should i go. I had a lot of talk with secretary but they always use to say we are trying. My family will face many health problem as my house always used to stink with that toilet smell. Also that small small worms may enter in kitchen and in food also. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS I AM HELPLESS FROM EVERYPERSON.
