Non issue of connection transfered

Sir,

i have transfered my gas connection no. 57424 from sahibabad (ghaziabad) u.p .but as there is no agency in ladwa i am unable to take my connection, i went to kurukshetra for this they said that you can only take connection from ladwa. but i have to do now.plz. inform me through mail
