I want to request to you that, i had perchased a house from sh. Mahadev Prasad S/O SH. Mukund Ram V-Plasada PO-Narendranagar Tehri Garhwal.
In sale deed the properties in two directions East & West are wrongly executed. for correction of the direction in sale deed, i had requested the seller a lot of times on phone
& went to his shop at Narendra nagar 3 times, 2 time my brother & once me for the same.
inspite of so many requests he is not giving any time for correction of deed. and he is
not listening my phone now & and saying not to call him. I am very much deppressed
and in tension from the rude behave of him.i am ready to pay whatever expenses he
will face while executing the deed.
Please kindly help & order him to get the correction deed execution. i shall face a
financial loss of rs.-13000-00 approx. if i shall not submit the correction deed in HDFC
BANK Dehradun till 15/03 where i have applied home loan transfer. as 8 to 10
days will take for finding the corrected copy from Tehsil.
