Please be aware of the cheating done by Ittina Properties to the customers of Ittina Anu Whitefield.

They have sold 38 flats to different customers. Later the owenrs reallized that they were cheated by Ittina by selling the flats which are already mortgaged to Karur Vysya Bank, JC Road. Bank has sent notice to the owners stating they are the real owners of the flat. Even the bank who provided the loan to the customers were also not able to find this morotgage. This proves that the cheating is done in a perfection so that nobody can easliy find this out. This mortgage is not listed in the encumberance certificate and hence not easy to check this. Onwers have filed 23 criminal case in the Kadugodi Police station against the directors of the Ittina Properties. We have submitted so many memorandum to the different officials, (CM, Police commissioner, ACP) but still police has not taken any action against the accused.

Please be awre of the fraud when you invest in any flat in Bangalore. There is Big nexus between the builders and the bank.

The owners are waiting for justice for the past 2 years...
