Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter on behalf of my mother G Sundari. My mother has a land property in
Chennai. We pledged the land in a cooperative society for my education. Since my dad dont
have proper job, we could not pay the principal and interest. The property came to auction.
We could not do anything so we approached a builder who decided to help us (Builder Name:
Mr Narayanan).
In we entered into an agreement with the builder and the builder settled the
principal and the interest with the society.
Until the builder did not show any progress with the appartment and we heard from our
neighbours that the builder is trying to sell the land to somebody.
So we got scared and revoked the power given to the builder in 2006.
It seems that the builder had pledged our property document to some finance company for 5
lakhs.
Because the builder did not build the appartment and not settled the amount with the
finance company, the finance company has put a case against us and the builder.
The builder tortured us for providing the power back to him and he promised that he build
the appartment this time.
Finally beliving the builder, we gave the power to the builder last year 2009. Until now
the builder has not laid a brick in our place.
The case has gone to the court and we have recieved the second notice from the court last
week. We are financially not in position to have a lawyer to protect us and our land. The
final hearing in the court is scheduled on 2nd of August. I would kindly request the
president to postpone the hearing to a later date and also help us to resolve this case.
This is the only property that we have with us.
I beg to help us in some way and interfere in this case and do needful for
us.
If you can help us in saving the property, we will worship the President as our
GOD.
