BOP, a Noida based realtor offered me plot Rs. 36000 per sq yd for 209 sq yd plot size in upcoming Jaypee township at Sector-133 on the Noida expressway. Mr. Ankush, agent of BOP collected advance payment of Rs. 4 lac from my office for booking. Withing hours they were demanding Rs. 39000 per sq yd for the same plot. When i requested to cancel deal, they refused me to return my advance. With Jaypee intervention BOP has finally returned my advance.
It's very much frustrating experience with BOP. Many of my colleagues are similarly harassed by BOP.
