We are the residents of Sri Kalki Heights, MadinaGuda Chanda Nagar. We have gated community and the developer is RamaMurthy Naidu who owns company Kalki Supreme Construction and office is situated in 1st floor above ICICI BANK gangaram chowk.
Builder has taken all the money from the 240 flat owners and 3 lakhs (INR) from each flat owners as Ammenity which is extra from the actual cost of flat.
Construction started from 2007 april and till now 240 flat owners are suffering as the construction is not yet completed and now he is about to abscond from India.
He cheated around 10-15 crores of rupees and he is not listening atall to all our request.
However we have resistered our own community legally and also sent legal information to GHMC, HUDA not to clear the mortgage flats.
Please help us in this regards, how we can get our work done and people can stay in the residential appartments peacefully..
