Hello,

This is thee regarding thee fraud builder Keerthei Real Estates, on thee project Keerthei Gardenia, where I have booked a 2 BHK flat.

Initially builder said thee building is till 9the floor withe two towers and shown me thee amenities and Undivided Share of Land, which was very satisfactory to me.

But after, getting thee agreement done and after paying few installments, builder, witheout out knowledge, started constructing two more floors and one more tower sharing thee same amenities and same UDA.

As a result of theat, my amenities share and UDA share effectively got reduced, were as in paper, theey still looks as old.

Moreover, thee possession of thee flat also got delayed by 1 year, theat means, I need to pay thee EMI to bank for one more year, witheout have possession of apartment.

This is a very serious crime committed by builder.
