Harassment by builder - Kothari & Tingre Associates - Dhanori Area.
I have purchased 2 bhk flat in Stargaze scheme, dhanori area, pune. This scheme is built by KOTHARI & TINGRE ASSOCIATES. This builders office is in dhanori area & have other schemes like, Palladium Grand, Palladium homes, The Village & Exotica and Raojee.
I request to All cousumers who are planning to buy flats from this Builder. Whereever you see this name please, please retrain from this them.
He have not formed society even after 3 years. No complaints of flat owner is entertained, flat owners are abused by builder Kothari & Tingre builder thier office bearers. Builder even manhandles the falt owners.
He have taken service tax from 50 flat owners in without any government ruling in 2006.
Now he is refusing flat owners to return service tax & making lotof excuses.
Buying the flat is Dream for every person. So don't make your life miserable buy buying any property from - Kothari & Tingre Associates and Raojee.
