I have booked 3BHK Flat with KST Infrastructure many years back. According to the Agreement I was suppose to get the possession of the Flat in 3 years. But till date only half the construction has been done and it seems that possesion of the Flat is not possible for next 2years also, seeing the progress..
KST is totally a non comitted builder and no help to the customers is done to get out of this problem.
They have to refund my money with the interest and penalty. Law sholud help all those who got traped with this non comitted builder.
