I booked an apartment in the South City Project by L&T in 2001. The apartment was completed in 2003 and registerd in my name in 2004. The sale deed of the apartment mentions the total area of the complex as 34 acres and the entire complext is mentioned as a gated community with exclusive park and road, The builder (L&T) didn't disclose the fact that 12 acres of land comprising of the road and park were relinquished to BDA. The undivided share of land is calculated based on 34 acres of land. Now the builder has demolished the compound wall and reduced the total area of the compelxt by 12 acres. This is outright cheating and L&T should immediately reinstate the land which lawfully belongs to all apartment owners.
