A land sold to me and regisertered (sale deed) at Pipili Sub-Registar office in the year 2005 by MD Seven Hills Real Estate Ltd., Kharavellas Office, Bhubaneswar. Now the particular land has sold out again by the MD to a Industrialists. That land occupied by the Industrialists and their builders.
It is to be mentioned here that more than 700 public have purchased that land from MD, Seven Hills Real Estate Ltd.. Now all the lands encroached by one Industrialists and answering he has purchased from Seven Hills Real Estate. How it is possible in a democratic country.
