Dear Sir,
Our socitey building is undergoing a reconstruction & buider is buiding addtional floors using a TDR.
Now in the stilt parking he is not giving/agreeing to the allocate 1 lot for us.
We would like to know as to what are the bye laws & HC verdict/judgement on this issue. We have refused to sign the individual Sale Deed agreement with this builder.
Kindly advise the correct legal action we must take to resolve this issue.
