We booked the Residential Project in East End Park, Hapur, U.P.by paying Cheques through the Jain Builders & Properties, Mayur Vihar Ph-1, Delhi - 110091. Though as per the agreement, the plots was scheduled to be handed over to us within 6 months vide builders payment plan of plot.
On visit to the site in number of times, we noticed that there is no construction work is going on. As there is no possibility of handing over the plots to us by the due date, we contact to builder office at 620/6, Indra Parkash Buld, 21, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place New Delhi, Delhi 110001., I'm too shocked that builder had closed there office without inform to us, even he stopped lifting my calls.
I also meet some other customers who's cheated by them. Now we decide to loge a complaint agaist her.
