NOIDA FORTUNE ESTATE, NOIDA, Credit Note Fraud

I had also booked my unit through Noida Fortune Estate in Golf Homes and they promised me to pay back the Rs 20/SQFT but I am not getting any response from them. They simply denied that and said this note does not belong to them.

Can we do something in this regards..
