Delay in possession/ Fraud practice

Dear Sir,

I had booked a flat C401 in 2006 by paying Rs. 8 Lac. But the builder neither issued allotment letter nor refunded the money.

Then they decided to issue the letter in July.

There after we made payment as per progress of work from time to time but still there was not much work done & as per the allotment letter the possession was not given within 24 months as per the agreement.

We had also observed lack of quality in work & the material used was of inferior quality there by leading to cracks in the building which was reported but no action was taken against it.

As per the agreement, we are supposed to get compensation of Rs 5/- per sq feet after 24 month which had never been paid.

I had stay in rented accommodation due to this which further had financial impact on me.

Now as compared to compensating me, they are trying to earn thru interest which was due to the delay in construction.

Also the quality of work is still unsatisfactory.

Please help, help, help, help……………………..
