Hello please tell me the allotment date of Omaxe Residency Phase 2, I have come to know that the price of the project is going to increase drastically upto even Rs 2600 psf or more for 3BHK flats of 1575/1775 sqft by March due to heavy demand as the project is at a very prime place in Lucknow. Premium on the project is already up by Rs 300 persqft. Are they delaying the allotment and later charge us? I hope since I have already booked it at 1800 psf I do not have to pay a premium of more than Rs700 when it increases to Rs2600 by March before allotment. Please reply anyone who is clear on the issue.
