Surrender of Plot

I have booked a plot in Bhasker Enclave II (Scheme Name) with Orior Developers and paid around Rs. 177, 000.00. They are not either alloting the plot nor giving my money back. Please do the needful.

I want to surrender the plot and want my money back.
