Cheating by M/S Parsvnath with me for booking of flat at Parsvnath Preston City at Sonepat (Haryana)
Ref: Unit No. T2-503and 603, Parsvnath Preston- Sonepat.
I want to attract your kind attention about the unfair dealing of M/S Parsvnath for the booking of above said flat.
The said units were booked by me and my father on 28.12. 2007 by visiting the cosntruction site office of the company and paying Rs.115915/- for each unit. At the time of booking I was told by the employees (Mr Vaibhav Jain) that the construction of the said towers will be completed in 36 months (by the end of Dec) i will be getting ready to move in flat.
Since then I have paid 2 installments of Rs.231830/- (dtd 06.02.2008), Rs. 235464/- (dtd 21.04.2008), total amount paid till date is :-583209/- (total 1166418 /- for both the units)
I went to site each month since then and found that even after 24 months of booking there is no signs of the construction at site. The company is saying that the construction could not be started due to world wide slow down. However on other cosntruction sites of the company the construction is in full swing.
In this connection I want to bring to your kind notice that we booked the unit for our residential purpose, not for investment purpose because we have no spare money for such type of investments. Even for payment of the unit, my father (who is a senior citizen) and I I had to arrange loans from bank due to which we are in grave trouble due to the attitude of the company.
I requested the company many times to either give me a confirm date by which the ready to move in flat will be handed over to us or refund our entire money with 24% interest because the company is using the money since more than 2 years without giving me anything except the pictures of the flat booked by me and I really mean it that I needed a flat not pictures nor promises.
Also I want to bring to your kind notice that non refund of money can cause us bring under depression and also any casuality to me or my parents because we are not a rich man and this money was arranged by taking loans from some of my friends and relatives, hoping to own a home for my children. But now the company is neither giving me home nor my money. So, you are requested to look in the matter for refund of our money at the earliest otherwise M/S Parsvnath will be responsible for anything which may happen to us due to this huge loss without any fault on my part and only due to the cheating of M/S Parsvnath.
