I booked a Flat with Parsvnath Developers in May by paying a sum of Rs.ten lakhs. A flat was alloted to me in early 2007 and I made full payment of the flat cost by may. As per the agreement possession of the flat was to be given by 15-08 but the work is stopped since January after its start in August. To pay the full amount I had borrowed a sum of Rupees twenty lakhs from a Bank for which I am paying a huge amount of interest. I have met some responsible people in their Delhi office but they are not telling when the work shall be restarted. They are also not replying to the letters.
