I have booked a plot in scheme flexi payment mode. There is an option to give 50% of basic then allotment letter will be given at same time otherwise allotment will be provided after Full payment of all EMI. When I am asking from builder to give me allotment letter because I have paid 50 % payment some emi also but builder is not responding. When I am trying to communicate via official mail of builder and given mobile number. No response came. I have observed that when trying to call on office phone number then some persone is responding and told allotment will be given all the customer at the last. So why There is option for 50% paymenter will be given preferences of allotment letter within same time when 50% will receive.
