I am facing the problems like many other in the Bhiwadi project at the hands of Piyush Group. First they sit on our money for 4-5 years and suddenly they wake up and start asking for more money when their Buyer agreement gives no firm date of allotment. Anyone who has signed this should understand what the clause 27 a & b means - after paying all the money Piyush has all the time in the world - 18 months and 6 months further from your signing the Buyers agreement (and this varies for every customer) to allot your the plot. Then, if their customers do not pay (which they can easily say and you will not be able to figure out) they can still delay further... One year from issue of allotment (March) has passed and they are not even telling now when the possession will be handed. I am planning to file a complaint in the consumer court against them.. ALL THOSE WHO ARE SIMILARYLY SUFFERING AT THIER HANDS AND ARE IN TROUBLE SHOULD COME FORWARD AND WE SHOULD FILE A JOINT COMPLIANT TO SHAKE THEM UP AND GET OUR REFUND WITH INTEREST.
