My agent is charging me rs.600/- per month as parking charges for a two wheeler. the building has a stilt parking. Also my vehicle has been in parking for 7 months and he is charging for full contract i.e 11 months, as the society has billed the owner (Parking details or charges not mentioned in the contract). one more thing they say the parking chgs for owner is less and for rented flat is high. is it fair? or i can complaint in consumer court about this? the amount of Parking chgs was not disclosed to us earlier, Rs.600/- per month is too high it becomes almost Rs.20/- per day. what can be done about this?
