Poorva Residency's Builder Tejas Estate Developer is Big Fraud

Hi,

I have bought a Flat in Poorva Residency from Tejas Estate Developers Pune, .

I feel that I have done the biggest mistake of my life buying flat from him. As soon on as the registration deed was executed. A BIG Nallah was dugged by the PCMC, Which passes inside the society premises.he bribed the corporation to delay the work till all his flat were sold.

We are living on the edge of nallah now... corporation told builder was informed couple of years before the construction and he was okay with the nallah, He hid all this information from all the buyers.

Now the builder is not ready to cover the nallah since it will cost him.. he is a cheap person

with no moral value or ethics..crook.

Before buying the flat their sales team told there will be 2 main gates... but once all the flat were sold... he constructed the shops there place of the gate..I want to warn

ALL THE PROSPECTIVE BUYERS... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER .
