I successfully able to recover my full amount (AED17950/-) without any deductions, from these criminals/cheaters with the kind intervention of RERA. The main reason is, these criminals discreetly excluded “cancellation period” in my contract. Heard, RERA has imposed heavy fines to them in this regard. Please note that it has been explained “ Cancellation period 10 days “excluded week ends and any public holidays. This is specifically mentioned in their working schedule as well that weekends are not working. If anybody has similar cases please approach RERA, definitely you will able to recover your hard earned money from these criminals within a one or 2 days time.
