Non payment of Credit Note

Hi,

I had booked an apartment in Lotus Zing by 3C group in oct. The real estate agent was Prithvee Real Estate Services in Noida. They had promised a 2.75 % discount and had provided me with a credit note for the same.

The condition for payment were - I had to pay 40% of my share of the payments. Which i have paid on february. I contacted them in March and since then i have called them hundreds of time, they always say next month they will consider it. Its been almost a year now, and i have lost any hope. i havent got anything. This is not at all professional.

Also i am not getting any services from their end. i would advise everyone to stay away from such brokerage firms.

I have the relevant papers / reciepts, .
Can any one please help me claim the money.
