Delayed Possession

For the Fortune Mirador Project the possession is being delayed. Booked in 2010, at that time builder said (orally) 8-10 months for completion. As per agreement it should have been completed within 18 months. However till today (after 3 years) only construction completed but Municipal Water not received, no amenities are completed (like children Play Area, Fitness Center, Table Tennis, Car wash). All this work going at slow speed. Builder hardly show up!
