I have booked a Flat at Saffron heights by Amarprakash builders. They charged Rs. 25000 for RO water plant when I booked the Flat.
Now they say they cannot implement a RO water plant.
But now they are giving a local water purifier like AQUA GUARD, which costs around Rs.6000 in the market.
They deny to refund the balance amount also.
They are cheating the customers in many way like this. Check with any one who booked Flat with Amarprakash.
All the customers would complaint about their hidden charges like 3Lakhs for Club house, 25000 for 1 year Maintenance charge for doing nothing and 10% service tax for the entire Flat amount, which no other builder charges.
Don't book any kind of apartment with Amarprakash. I am literally crying. Disappointed with their Quality of construction also.
