The builder is using parking area for running a cafeteria and recreation center including gym for TCS. As per the agreement and building approval, parking area cannot be used for any other purpose. This illegal activity is going on since almost 1 year. Earlier they were using LPG cylinders for cooking also. The builder should be persuaded not to deviate from the approved plan of the building and the concerned municipal authorities should take strict action. The parking area should be vacated of all such illegal constructions with immediate effect as it puts the lives of those living in these apartments at risk should any unforeseen incident happen.
