I have booked 3bhk appartment with SHRIRAM PROPERTIES last year problem what we are facing is.
1) No responsible person in the trust/group who takes responsibilites to address consumer problems.
2) false commitment though everything is in writings they do not honor their agreement (as a consumer we feel afraid of builder network and legal issues)
3) in last 1year they have sent me 4 excell sheet working with different number in the VAT/SERVICE TAX can you imagine 50000 Rs. been increased in VAT & Service Tax head with no proper info the worst part is if we demand to give us the reciept what they have paid to govt againt this head they are not ready to help us.
4) project delay compensation - every meeting they promise to give us the working on the same unfortunately from last 5months we have not got any single workings from them.
5) sent them 2 complaint letter thru registered AD and numerous mail for explanation still no single reply for the complaint
