Remote not functioning (Airtel a/c 15335728)

It seems that things are NOT in your control. The problem is still not resolved. Can I get

contact detail of next escalation level please.

Treat yourself at a restaurant, spa, resort and much more with Rediff Deal ho jaye! I have another news for you today. Your one guy (Hitesh) says that we will have to get remote fixed of our own. Since our connection is not in warranty, Airtel can't do any thing.

The other one (Sanjay, call ref # 3392986 dt.02 Sep 2011) says that Airtel will get it fixed by tomorrow (3 Sep) by 5 pm.

Funny, isn't it? I thing you need to arrange training for your guys. So that they are in sync.

Thank god, someone is there who listens and respond. This will no more be fruitful (sorry to say). Do you know this complaint is pending since 26 Aug??? Can we know the reason of this�laziness? If you can't provide services, tell us. We have other options.

Hi,

This is Prem Sharma, have been using your services from more than 12 years,

never found any complaint so far. But this time I am really disappointed to see

such a poor response of your wards.

This is about a fault (remote of set-talk box is not working) we reported on 26

Aug �(ref # 2988042), which was NOT heard in time. And I again reported a

fault on �27 Aug (ref # 3062748). I was assured that it will be fixed by

next day (28 Aug). But same result, no one turned up. On 28 Aug I

again called (spoke to Yasmin). She gave me confident that it will be fixed

tomorrow (28 Aug). Unfortunately same result. I called today (29 Aug

2011), And got a response that our system is not working. Hence we can't tell

status... this is really�ridiculous. Can someone give me a definite date of

fixing problem? So that I should not waste my time (and yours too) and money in

making calls.

Waiting for a reply with explanation of this delay before escalating it to

higher authority.�
