Sir, I am Shikha Goyal from bathinda, Punjab complaining about the cable operator FASTWAY that from about 3 weeks, there is no proper signal of all the channels. I have talked to customer care executive many a time approximately 15 times, but there is no response. No operator had been to our home to check the box or whatever the problem thought every time your customer care executive told me to wait for the remedy or of coming of local operator to check it.
Sir, Please check the problem whetever otherwise inform us that it can't be rectified and oblige.
