This has reference to my recent visit alongwith with my family, to Super Mall to watch the movie RA-ONE in 3D, at Movietime cineplex. I was startled to learn that I was charged Rs. 25/- extra for 3D glasses to watch the movie. I had to purchase four 3d glasses. Firstly, are they authorized to charge for 3D glasses, which should be provided free of cost. Secondly, the quality of the glasses is absolutely not acceptable, most uncomfortable to wear and the size was same even to the kids also, half of the time my kids were adjusting the 3D glasses only and could not enjoy the movie at all. Same with adults also.
Please let me know is it the management of the theatre that is charging for the glasses or is it the producers of the movie charging? We did not get any receipt for the cash paid for the glasses.
You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary actions and do the needful.
